These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the nojl platform, including all games, services, promotions, payment transactions, and account management features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use nojl. By creating an account you confirm this requirement is met. nojl reserves the right to request government-issued ID at any time to verify eligibility.
Each individual may hold only one nojl account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of intent — will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All nojl bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. nojl may modify or withdraw promotions at its discretion.
nojl may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer will be returned to the same originating account. Processing times vary by tier.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nojl. Your access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2.2 By completing the account registration process, accessing the nojl login page, or using any feature of the Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
2.3 These Terms are effective from the date first published and apply continuously to all Platform usage thereafter. nojl may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are satisfied and will remain satisfied for the duration of your Account. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
4.1 To use nojl's real-money gambling services, you must register an Account by completing the registration process at nojl.app. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.
4.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
4.3 Your Account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
4.4 nojl may at any time require you to complete KYC verification before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by nojl may result in Account suspension.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nojl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You must notify nojl immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account. nojl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. nojl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
5.3 nojl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature sends a one-time SMS code to your registered Philippine mobile number with each login attempt, providing an additional security layer beyond your password alone.
5.4 nojl will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from nojl and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to nojl support immediately.
6.1 The minimum deposit amount at nojl is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified in connection with cryptocurrency transactions.
6.2 nojl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (Tether) via TRC20 and ERC20 networks. Payment method availability may change without notice.
6.3 All funds deposited into your nojl Account must originate from a payment method in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be subject to reversal and investigation.
6.4 nojl does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by GCash, Maya, or your banking institution in connection with deposits.
6.5 nojl reserves the right to conduct AML (anti-money laundering) checks in connection with deposit activity and to request source-of-funds documentation where applicable. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension.
7.1 You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money Balance at any time through the nojl Cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and Section 4.4 (KYC).
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. nojl reserves the right to request alternative verification where the original payment method is no longer available.
7.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to verification requirements: Bronze tier — up to 4 hours; Silver tier — up to 2 hours; Gold tier — up to 60 minutes; Platinum tier — same-day guarantee; Diamond tier — immediate priority processing. These times represent standard processing expectations and are not contractual guarantees.
7.4 Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds that would reduce your real-money Balance below the amount required to satisfy an active wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus.
7.5 nojl reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
8.1 nojl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 General bonus terms that apply to all nojl promotions unless otherwise stated:
8.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, multiple account exploitation, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine gambling intent — constitutes a breach of these Terms. nojl may withhold, cancel, and claw back bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is reasonably suspected.
9.1 All games offered on the nojl Platform operate pursuant to rules published within each respective game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
9.2 nojl's RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes during any individual session.
9.3 Live dealer game results — including all baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show outcomes — are final once the result is confirmed by the dealing software. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours via nojl support, with reference to the game round identifier.
9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity interruption during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the bet returned to the Player's Balance. nojl will not be liable for any theoretical winnings arising from a malfunctioned or voided round.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nojl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

11.2 Players who elect self-exclusion will be removed from all marketing communications during the exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the new Account being closed and its balance forfeited.

12.1 All content on the nojl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface elements — is owned by or licensed to nojl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No broader rights are granted.
12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any Platform content without nojl's express prior written consent.
13.1 nojl collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 nojl will share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by Applicable Law, including for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention purposes.
13.3 Your Philippine mobile number, as the primary Account identifier, will be used for account verification, security alerts, and — with your consent — promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, nojl shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
14.2 nojl's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from any claim in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period preceding the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
14.3 nojl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nojl will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime.
15.1 nojl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where nojl has reasonable grounds to believe that:
15.2 Upon Account closure for cause, any balance consisting of Bonus Funds or funds derived from activity in breach of these Terms may be forfeited in full. Any remaining real-money Balance that is not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of all applicable verification and investigation procedures.
15.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting nojl support via live chat. Account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
16.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of nojl's services, you should first contact the nojl support team via live chat, providing full details of the issue. nojl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
16.2 Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, you must submit the game round identifier (visible in your game history) together with your complaint. nojl will investigate game disputes using certified server-side logs and will provide a written response.
16.3 If you are not satisfied with nojl's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority. nojl will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
17.1 nojl may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nojl will notify registered Players by email, in-Account notification, or by posting a notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by Applicable Law or regulatory instruction.
17.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
18.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
18.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
18.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nojl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
