  • Transaction records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements;
  • KYC documents: Identity verification documents are retained for five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later;
  • Gaming history: Game round records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the game round, for dispute resolution and auditing purposes;
  • Responsible gaming records: Self-exclusion and limit-setting records are retained for the duration of any active restriction plus five (5) years thereafter;

12 Marketing Communications

12.1 nojl may send you promotional communications โ€” including bonus offers, new game announcements, loyalty tier updates, and special event notifications โ€” via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, where you have provided consent to receive such communications during registration or subsequently through your account settings.

12.2 You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by: (a) updating your communication preferences in your nojl account settings; or (b) contacting nojl support via live chat and requesting removal from promotional communications.
